2. Free Legal Expenses Policy

Here at acr we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service. We are currently researching the potential to introduce a Free Legal Expense Policy which would provide cover for legal fees and expenses arising from personal injury up to a limit of £25,000, legal fees and expenses arising from damage to the insured vehicle up to a limit of £200, rehabilitation costs up to the limit of £200 and recovery costs up to £150 in connection with any one event giving rise to a claim in respect of claims arising as a direct result of a road traffic accident whilst the insured vehicle is being driven by you. The policy would cover the client or their passengers for personal injury or death.

The main features and benefits of the policy would be that we would negotiate on the client's behalf and, if necessary, initiate legal action, paying legal fees and expenses that have been incurred, which are unrecovered from the third party.
