Q. Can you supply me, I live outside the UK?

 

A. No sorry, we are now just UK based.

 

 

 

Q.  Can you help me, I don’t know how to look after my lizard/snake/tortoise.

 

A. Yes we can, but before contacting have a look at our care sheets on this site, they cover many species and should be able to help.

 

 

 

Q. I live miles away from you, can you deliver reptiles to me?

 

A. No, sorry. We no longer believe in sending out our reptiles, amphibians or mammals through the courier services. We care about the animals we supply.

 

 

 

Q. But can you send out livefood, spiders or insects through the post?

 

A. Yes no problems! See our on-line shop at www.coasttocoast.co.uk for all livefood supplies, and contact us on the telephone for spiders and inverts.

 

 

 

Q. How do we find you, where in the UK are you?

 

A. Have a look at our “about us” section on this site.

 

 

 

Q. I want to make a purchase of an animal from you but don’t know how to look after it - can you help?

 

A. Oh, yes! A speciality of Coast to Coast – we take great pride about our educational selling methods. We first ensure that the animal is suitable to your experience (and that you are suitable for the animal!). Next we ensure you have the correct equipment and housing. Lastly we cover all husbandry aspects, document that we have trained you and provide copies of care sheets to you.

 

 

 

Q. Can you supply other species not listed on your stock list?

 

A. Quite often yes. We have contacts worldwide, and can track down many species. Be aware that often we cannot say when they would be available – it’s just when they come in! For very unusual and / or expensive animals we would require a deposit before sourcing.

 

 

 

Q. What’s happened to your web-site – its much more simple now.

 

A. We were let down by our previous website designer. We understand reptiles, not computers and our previous site was just too difficult to maintain. This site should ensure updates are much more frequent – plus we will not be in the position to be let down again!

 

 

Q. What are your opening hours?

 

A. 10 til 5.30. Monday to Saturday and 12 til 4 on Sundays. See “About us” section for further details such as address, directions etc.
