Coast to Coast Exotics is renowned for its customer service and back up service. For every customer we provide regular free health check ups for their animals (you don’t even have to buy the animal from us in the first place!) where we offer free help and advice on correct size of housing, food and other aspects. We visually inspect each animal brought to us for a health check to ensure commonly seen ailments and problems are not present. We can even offer sexing services too!

Due to the increasing liability issue problems we no longer offer a full hospitalisation facility. We have had a long term relationship with a well respected veterinary practise in Darlington, and are in the process of installing a herptile hospital facility for them at their premises. What we can then offer is help and advice from two sources, a fully qualified vet and also the thirty years of hands on experience behind Coast to Coast Exotics.
