First you need to install Google Toolbar

Go to this address http://toolbar.google.com/en_GB/ or simply search Google for ‘google tool bar’ See More Images

Click ‘Download Google Toolbar’ – follow the wizard to install the software on your PC

You will get to ‘Google Toolbar Installer’ – You have to Agree to TandC

Follow wizard – (Advanced is not needed)

You will get to a page: ‘Google Toolbar is now installed on your browser’ and the Red Arrow will point to the new installed toolbar.

Now you can check spelling in any web forms – this includes Carver webform.

How To Use Spell Check With Carver

Navigate to your Admin Control Panel in your Carver Site

Edit your site as normal

Click in the text box to tell Spell Check which area to check

Click the GREEN ABC TICK icon to check spelling - located on the Google Toolbar

Words than need checking are highlighted in RED in the text box – *See More Images

Click those words in turn to see suggested replacements –

IMPORTANT TIP:

Before you ‘Submit Changes’ you MUST Stop Spell Check.
