The Minutes of the Planning Committee which took place on 27th August 2008 were confirmed.
08.75 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members NOTED that Councillor Alvin declared a personal and prejudicial interest in Planning Application Number EPF/1647/08. Accordingly, he left the meeting when the application was discussed, took no part in the discussion and did not vote. All other Members declared a personal interest in this application. The Chairman stayed but did not vote.
Councillor Chana declared a personal and prejudicial interest in Planning Application Number EPF/1677/08. Accordingly, he left the meeting when the application was discussed, took no part in the discussion and did not vote.
08.76 REPRESENTATIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
Members NOTED that there was one representation to speak from a member of the public with regard to Planning Application Number EPF/1647/08. At the invitation of the Chairman, the representative spoke on the aforementioned application.
