Meetings of the Council The Full Council meets on the second Wednesday of each month (except August). This meeting is immediately preceded by a Meeting of the Planning Committee, to consider planning applications, which commences at 7.30pm. Additional meetings of the Planning Committee, primarily to consider planning applications, are held on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7.30pm. For 2010 this will be on 21st April at 8.00pm.
