KTM 690 RALLY SUMP SHIELD. This is made from 4mm thick grade alloy with flat bottom unlike the shaped standard plastic version. Our newly designed version incorporate's a 2 - 3 ltr moulded plastic water needed by regulation for the bigger FIA / FIM Rally Raid events. We chose (Through bad expierience of some of our customers who used an other make of sump shield with welded Alloy tank) to go with a proposed plastic version of the tank's to fit inside the alloy sump shield so that in the event of a bad crash, the plastic will not damage the main engine cases. This tank will be made of similar material to our main fuel tanks and will be flourinated so that if used for fresh drinking water it can be removed and washed in a "Dish Washer" for complete hygyine. Seperate tanks will be on sale so that you can buy one soely for fuel if ever needed and keep the original for emergency water supply.

Also includes extended rear part to protect the rear brake master cyclinder area.
