• Web Space Rental:  Britnett host all of our client sites on one of the biggest hosts on the Internet called Hostway. Many large companies use Hostway, including Sony Music, JVC, Coca Cola, Fox News, Magraw-Hill, and many others.  Hostway are open for business 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. 

• Backup: All sites are backed up on a daily basis, 7 days a week. If a problem should occur, in the worst case your site can be restored back to how it was within 24 hours. 

• Site Upkeep and Maintenance:  The Britnett Support team check through its client sites on a regular basis for problems such as corrupted links. Simple problems are corrected automatically so your site is kept running smoothly, otherwise, just report any problem to Support and it will be dealt with. 

• Continuous E-mail Support:  email Support@britnett.co.uk at any time for help or advice on hosting issues.
