KMAP is a community based organisation.  It is managed by representatives of voluntary community organisations working in partnership. Membership is free and open to any community organisation.

All the management committee are appointed or reappointed by the members at the annual general meeting each year (between 5 and 10 members).  Office bearers are appointed at the first committee meeting thereafter.  They are the Chairman, Vice-chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.

All committee members retire at the AGM but are eligible for re-election.

Office bearers cannot be elected for more than 3 consecutive years.

Office bearers can be re-elected to the same position after the lapse of one year.

KMAP currently employs 1 member of staff - Vickie Alexander, Administrative Worker.

Vickie joined KMAP in June 2010.  She has an admin background and is happy to assist you with any general enquiries. Vickie works 10 hours per week and is in the office most afternoons from 1-3pm.

Isabella Williamson (KMAP Vice Chair).  As former chairperson of KMAP, Isabella is currently involved with the Arbuthnott Community Council, the Kincardine & Mearns Halls Association and the Grassic Gibbon Centre.

Lenny Lawrence (KMAP Treasurer).  Lenny has been with KMAP for many years and is the representative for the South Aberdeenshire Tenant Resident Association.
