Director and Transport Manager CSCS Registration Number: 01274554 I graduated from higher education in 1995 with a GNVQ Level 3 in Business and Finance.

I joined a national construction company where I took part in an extensive youth training scheme. It was while I was undertaking this training that I studied for and gained my Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in National Road Transport and Law. Whilst on the training course, I was exposed to all aspects of construction, including accountancy, estimating, site based operations and maintenance in the workshop.

I joined Power Plane in 1997 as the Transport Manager, and joined the board of Directors in 2000. Over the past years I have gained exceptional knowledge and experience of all aspects of road planing and company management, and am now enjoying learning more about our new ventures. I make sure that I keep my hand in at driving and now hold full car, motorbike and HGV licences.

I enjoy a close working relationship with all of my colleagues, be it in the office, on site or socially. I enjoy a very active social life, ranging from snow skiing, golf, running and generally keeping myself fit. I have already competed in half marathons and hope to run in both the London and New York marathons over the next few years.
