Our costs and how we charge

Our two-day training course ranges from £1200 -£1300. We charge between £600 and £700 a day, for other work we do, depending on what’s involved. These costs:

• do include the work we do to tailor a course to your needs
• don’t include VAT, and
• don’t include our travel and accommodation (although we always try to keep these to a minimum).

We normally ask clients to provide a venue and catering. Sometimes we may have to charge extra if we have to do a lot of preparation work, for example to interview employees to assess their training needs.

Discounts for booking several courses

We offer a 5% discount if you book more than five courses, and 10% if you book more than 10.

How many people we recommend come on a course

We think our training works best if we have between 8 and 16 people on a course.
This means everyone has a good chance to take part in our discussion and exercises.
If you book 16 people on one of our two-day day courses, the cost for each person is between £75 - £81.25.

What happens if you cancel a course?

We do charge cancellation fees if you cancel a course at short notice.
And in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course at short notice, we’d run the re-arranged course at half our agreed fee.
