Having lost someone very close to me, I arrived for my first Rolf therapy Session feeling depressed, with low energy levels, suffering from lack of sleep, pain in my back, neck and shoulders due to poor posture and my irritable bowel was causing a lot of discomfort.

After each session, the benefit was obvious. I began to walk tall, less pain in my back area, and I began to sleep through the night. My irritable bowel (IBS) became bearable, then after 7^th – 8^th session completely disappeared. This in turn lifted my energy level.

Although the pain of grief will never go away. Structural Integration has certainly helped me cope better by improving my physical wellbeing, also my self esteem.

Note; ..... On 3rd July 2005 Liz entered and successfully completed the Stonehaven half marathon.
