All prices shown on our website include home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain, except to KW, IV, PA, AB, PH, DD, KY, PL, TR, SA, LD, LL, G, EH, DG, TD, ML, and KA postcodes where there will be an additional charge of up to £35.00 per delivery. Addresses within London's Congestion Charge Zone will be subject to an additional £8.00 charge.

Our two-man crew of trained furniture movers will transport your item(s) directly to your home.

Occasionally we may use an overnight delivery service and your assistance in the movement of larger items may be required. In this instance we will contact you in advance.

For orders to be delivered to Eire, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver free to a mutually agreed mainland GB address, (e.g. a port).

Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer; alternatively a competitive price for home delivery within these areas is available on request.

Most items are transported directly to your home in specially equipped furniture vans and are carried by trained furniture delivery staff.

You will receive a telephone call prior to the scheduled delivery to agree a convenient time for receipt.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you check the measurements of all access routes, (e.g. doorways, hallways, stairs and stairwells), to ensure that delivery is possible.

When you place your order we will undertake the transaction on the understanding that reasonable access has been considered.

We will treat orders that cannot be delivered due to restricted access and items that do not fit the room as per our standard returns policy, charges will be levied accordingly.

In addition to our standard delivery service, we can assemble certain items, (e.g. a bed), for an additional charge of £30.00 per item.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
