Our costs and how we charge

We charge £1,250 a day to run a one-day training course. This:

• does include the work we do to tailor a course to your needs
• doesn't include VAT
• doesn't include our travel and accommodation (although we always try to keep these to a minimum)

We normally ask clients to provide a venue and catering. 

Sometimes we may have to charge extra if we have to do a lot of preparation work, for example audit your documents or interview employees (for example, to assess their training needs).

If we have to do this we'll charge £50 an hour and give you an estimate before we do any work.

Discounts for booking several courses

We offer a 5% discount if you book more than five courses, and 10% if you book more than 10.

We do charge cancellation fees if you cancel a course at short notice, but we very rarely have to charge these.

How many people we recommend come on a course

We think our training works best if we have between 10 and 12 people on a course.

This means everyone has a good chance to take part in our discussion and exercises.

If you book 12 people on one of our courses, the cost for each person £104.17 (which we think is very good value).
